- Title 10 is federalized. Title 32 is state control with federal pay.
- State Active Duty is the governor and state pay. It is not Title 32.
- Thirty days or less stays on the inactive door: TRS if they bought it, plus line-of-duty care.

FEHB is the technician health plan. TRS is not.
- Eligible for or enrolled in FEHB means no TRS through 1 January 2030.
- Do not tap FEHB in Beneficiary Web Enrollment if you are not a federal employee. The form can lock.
- Traditional drill status is not FEHB just because they wear the uniform.
