What we never collect

• VA.gov, Login.gov, ID.me, DS Logon, or milConnect passwords
• Social Security numbers, DoD ID numbers, or claim files
• Payment cards — shirts checkout on YouTube, not here
• Precise location
• A user account. There is no sign-in on this app

What may stay on your device

If you start a sitrep-list note, this browser can remember the email and lane you typed so the form is not blank next time. That copy lives in your browser storage. It is not uploaded to a TOP database. The install banner remembers if you dismissed it. Desk publishing drafts, if you ever open Desk on this phone, also stay local. Monthly recuts of public .gov / .mil pages (rates, dates, phones — not their wording) can also stay in this browser so the ledger does not re-pull the same door every visit.

Official pages we recut

This site was built from public TRICARE.mil, VA.gov, milConnect, BENEFEDS, TSP, IPPS-A, eCFR, and state veteran-office pages. About once a month the app fetches those public pages and recuts facts (dollar figures, dates, phone numbers, page titles). It does not log into anything, does not copy their articles, and does not send your data to those sites. Verify every number on the live official door before you enroll.

Email you send us

The contact form and sitrep list open your own mail app to topsitreport@gmail.com. If you hit send, that message lives in email like any other letter. I use it to add you to the sitrep list or answer the question. I do not sell the list. I do not use it to file anything on your behalf.

Third parties

Walkthroughs may embed YouTube. Official buttons leave this app for VA.gov, TRICARE.mil, milConnect, and other .gov / .mil pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies. The store is YouTube’s checkout. Hosting and delivery of this website may produce standard server logs (approximate IP, browser, page) to keep the site up — not to build a dossier.

Children

This app is written for adult soldiers and veterans. It is not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your choices

Clear this site’s browser data to drop local notes. Uninstall the app to remove the home screen copy. Email topsitreport@gmail.com to be taken off the sitrep list or to ask what I have from you — which should only be mail you sent.

Changes

If the way this app handles information changes, the date at the top of this page changes. Material changes get a short note on the site.
