- Line-of-duty care is how the injury gets treated after short orders end.
- Incapacitation pay is the paycheck if that injury stops military duty or civilian wages.
- Family is not on either door.

- Report the injury. Travel to and from duty counts when the regulation says it does.
- State Active Duty is usually a state question, not this TRICARE door.
- Do not diagnose anyone in the bay.

They have to request it. Two rules.
- Cannot perform military duties: pay and allowances of the matching active grade, on request.
- Can perform military duties but lost civilian wages: show the lost income.
- Civilian earned income reduces the check. A request is generally no more than six months unless extended.
- This is not a VA.gov disability claim.
