• DEERS first. Marriage or birth certificate at RAPIDS / personnel. milConnect will lie until the name is on the roster.
• FSGLI is a milConnect election next to SGLI. Spouse coverage is not max by default.
• CHAMPVA is for some families of permanently and totally disabled veterans — Form 10-10d. Not TRICARE.
• DEA (Chapter 35) is school money for qualifying spouses and children. Different pot from Post-9/11.
• The sponsor’s login is not the family’s enrollment.
