Medicare Part B / TRICARE For Life — one page

• TFL is wraparound coverage once you have Medicare Part A and Part B. Part B is the on-switch.
• Initial Enrollment Period is usually three months before the birthday month through three months after.
• Gray area: retired pay / regular retiree TRICARE is the age-60 (or reduced) line. TFL is still 65.
• Miss Part B and you can owe a late penalty. Confirm on Medicare.gov.
• Pharmacy and dental are still separate products. Recut 21 Sep 2026: a July 1, 2026 Part D weight-loss-drug note on TRICARE.mil is not a TFL enrollment change. Part B is still the on-switch.
