Fix DEERS and get the right ID card

TRICARE, TAMP, TRR, and family enrollments read DEERS. If the roster is wrong, Beneficiary Web Enrollment will fail before the premium page loads.

   Open milConnect and read your file

   Status, family, address, and any TAMP / TRICARE line. Screenshot what is wrong before you call anyone.

2. 02

   Life events go to DEERS, not a group text

   Marriage, kids, divorce, name change. Bring documents. Finance cannot invent a spouse.

3. 03

   Book RAPIDS for the card

   CAC, dependent ID, gray-area, and retiree cards are different products. idco.dmdc.osd.mil is the appointment door.

   If it is stuck, call DEERS

   DMDC / DEERS 1-800-538-9552. Your S-1 helps, but DEERS is the system of record.
