How to sign up for TSP Roth catch-up (2026)
If you are 50 or older and over the earnings line, extra catch-up may have to go Roth. Change it on TSP.gov any pay period.

Login.gov. Same identity you should already have for milConnect.

Age 50+ and over the published earnings line. Confirm on TSP.gov.

Check the next LES
The allotment is real or it is not. A portal screen is not the money.

TSP catch-up changed in 2026. If you are fifty or older and over the earnings line, extra catch-up may have to go Roth. That is not open season. You change TSP any pay period on TSP.gov. Confirm the number on the official site. Then look at the next LES. Do not cash this at ETS because somebody in the parking lot has a brochure.
