Enroll on .gov / .mil
milConnect for TRS and Prime. VA.gov for VGLI, claims, and the pay table. BENEFEDS for FEDVIP.

I Recut the Official Doors — Open Season Is Still Not TRS
I recut the official doors this month. November is still not when TRS turns on. TRICARE Open Season is November 9 through December 8, 2026, effective January 1, 2027. That window is Prime and Select. It does not apply to the active-duty sponsor. Selected Reserve buys TRICARE Reserve Select in milConnect any month you qualify. DEERS first. Beneficiary Web Enrollment. Deductibles on the official matrix are still sixty-six and one thirty-two for E-4 and below, one ninety-eight and three ninety-seven for E-5 and above. Read the premium on TRICARE.mil — I will not guess it from a screenshot. If you already hold VGLI, the premium holiday is November 1, 2026 through January 31, 2027. Coverage stays on. That holiday does not pause the two-hundred-forty-day clock if you are still converting from SGLI. VA pay table for 2026 is still effective December 1, 2025. Pick the start card. Then enroll on the .gov page. I will not file it for you.
