Up to $4,000 for a license, certification, or associate degree. Recut 2026: eligible spouses of active duty, Guard, and Reserve on qualifying Title 10 — across ranks. Portal on Military OneSource. I will not file it.

Confirm the sponsor’s orders and your own account
The scholarship is for eligible military spouses, not the sponsor. Recut from Military OneSource: spouses of active duty, National Guard, and reserve component members on qualifying Title 10 orders. Rank caps that used to lock people out were expanded — confirm the live fact sheet on the official page.

Open the SpouseWorks / MyCAA portal
Start at the Military OneSource SpouseWorks page, then the application portal at mycaa.militaryonesource.mil. Create the spouse profile. Do not pay a third-party ‘MyCAA concierge.’

Pick an approved program, then request tuition assistance
License, certification, or associate degree needed for employment — not a random liberal-arts associate. A SpouseWorks career coach is free through Military OneSource, 800-342-9647.
