How to sign up for VA claim exam (C&P)
If VA needs more, they schedule a C&P. A contractor may do it. Tests they order cost you nothing. Missing it can sink the file.

800-827-1000. Ask to reschedule with good cause.

The claim exam is free. Show up. VA only schedules it if they need more. A contractor may do it — Loyal Source, OptumServe, QTC, VES. Confirm the name on VA.gov. Tests they order cost you nothing. Missing it can sink a thin file. Good cause, call 800-827-1000. A private DBQ does not replace the appointment.
