Register TRICARE Pharmacy home delivery
Express Scripts runs the TRICARE pharmacy contract. Home delivery is usually cheaper than retail. Military pharmacy is still $0 for active duty. Recut from TRICARE.mil Rx. I will not file it.

You need a TRICARE health plan first
Prime, Select, TRS, TRR, TAMP, TFL. No plan, no pharmacy. US Family Health Plan uses its own pharmacy door — not this one.

Start on TRICARE.mil Rx, then the contractor site
TRICARE.mil is the official map: military pharmacy, home delivery, retail network. Home delivery is the Express Scripts contract. Register with the same identity you use for TRICARE. Move 90-day maintenance meds to home delivery unless a military pharmacy is actually convenient.

PCS and the address
Update DEERS, then the pharmacy profile. APO / FPO home delivery has extra rules. Recut from TRICARE.mil Rx before you let a 30-day retail fill auto-refill at the old ZIP.
