That lives in 38 CFR Part 4 on the eCFR. I imported the diagnostic codes onto this site so you can search PTSD, 6260, tinnitus, a knee, a back — then click through to the live .gov page.

A Chrome plugin that reads a claim you are already logged into is optional. A nexus mill is not a requirement. VA does not charge to file. An accredited VSO, claims agent, or attorney is the legal help path — search the OGC list.
