Look the diagnostic code up yourself. Thirty-eight CFR Part 4 is free on the eCFR. A paid condition list is a product. The schedule is the law. Search the code. Run the combined rating. Fifty plus thirty is not eighty. File on VA.gov if you are going to file. An accredited VSO is free help. A nexus mill is not a requirement.
