The PACT Act list does not enroll you. Toxic-exposure veterans still submit a claim on VA.gov. VA.gov is the list. A commercial roundup is a pointer.

A list is not a rating
Presumptive means VA may not make you prove the medical nexus the old way — if your service and the condition match what the law and the regulations actually say. It does not mean a check shows up because you deployed. You still file. You still need a diagnosis. You still need the service that fits the presumption.
Read the live VA.gov PACT Act page and the presumptive-conditions pages. I will not paste a scraped list that can go stale between a commercial update and a Federal Register change. If a blog and VA.gov disagree, VA.gov wins.

Login.gov. Disability. How to file. Intent to file if you need the effective-date lock. Health care is a separate 10-10EZ — toxic-exposure veterans should still apply for VA health even if they are not ready to claim a rating. Accredited VSO if you want a human. No fee to file.
