How to sign up for PACT Act / toxic exposure claims
The PACT Act list does not enroll you. Toxic-exposure veterans still submit a claim on VA.gov. VA.gov is the list. A commercial roundup is a pointer.

PACT Act Is Not Automatic — You Still Have to File
Presumptive is not automatic. The PACT Act did not enroll you. If the condition and the service match what VA.gov lists, the nexus fight may be shorter. You still file on VA.gov. You still need a diagnosis. A commercial list is a pointer. The live .gov page is the list.
