Fifty plus thirty is not eighty. VA uses remaining efficiency. Start at one hundred. A fifty takes half. A thirty takes thirty percent of what is left. You land on sixty-five, which rounds to seventy. Run it on the veterans start card. Then read the diagnostic code in 38 CFR. Do not pay someone to add for you.
