How to sign up for VA health care (10-10EZ)
VA health care does not enroll itself. 10-10EZ on VA.gov. No fee to apply. Other insurance does not block the application.

Prove identity
Login.gov or ID.me. Same account the app will use.

Open the official apply page

Submit 10-10EZ
About 30 minutes. Phone 877-222-8387 if the form fights you.

Two hundred fifty thousand veterans enrolled in VA health care this year. That does not enroll you. Login.gov. VA.gov. Apply for health care. The 10-10EZ is free. Other insurance does not make the form illegal. Priority group comes after you apply, not before. If a website wants money to unlock VA care, you are in the wrong building.
