This is the map, not a fifth form. Login.gov first. Then health, the claim, GI Bill, and the home-loan COE are four different clicks. Keep this URL for old pastes — use the specialized walkthroughs to enroll.

Get into VA.gov
Login.gov or ID.me. Finish identity proofing once. The VA.gov account walkthrough is the click path. Do not pay anyone to ‘unlock’ a deposit.

Lock the claim date, then file
Intent to file, then 21-526EZ. The claims page is how you file without a mill. A 0% rating still opens doors. BDD is the getting-out card if you still have a uniform.

Enroll in VA health even if you have other insurance
10-10EZ is free and separate from the rating. Community care and travel pay come after enrollment — they are one combined tool now, not two cards.

School money and the house are their own tickets
GI Bill: Comparison Tool, then 22-1990. Home loan: Certificate of Eligibility on VA.gov, then a VA-approved lender. Neither one files itself because you did a disability claim.
